The Whisky
Matured in a First Fill Bourbon cask, this single malt brings clarity and brightness to our signature smoke. Aromas of vanilla, lemon zest and green apple rise through a clean coastal haze. The palate is fresh and layered - toasted oak, citrus and sweet barley balanced by gentle peat and a soft, smoky finish.
TASTING NOTES
Nose
Bright and inviting. Soft vanilla and coconut drift through a clean coastal smoke. Lemon peel, green apple and a wisp of charred oak bring freshness and depth.
Palate
Vibrant and well-tempered. Sweet citrus, toasted barley and white pepper mingle with our signature peat. Notes of crème brûlée and orchard fruit unfold with each sip — layered, but never heavy.
Finish
Long and graceful. A warming puff of smoke lingers with hints of vanilla bean, sea salt, and a final flicker of spice.
