Cave Passion Andorra is a wine, beer, and spirits store located in the town of Pas de la Casa, in the parish of Encamp. It is known for its wide selection of alcoholic beverages, particularly rum, whiskey, and gin, and its knowledgeable staff. It has been operating since 2016.
The Whisky
This single malt, finished in a Mezcal barrel, brings a tropical brightness to our house style - sweet, oily, and elegantly smoky.
The nose is rich and buttery, with ripe pineapple and tropical fruit layered over soft sweetness. A gentle smoke hangs in the background, adding just enough depth to draw you in.
On the palate, it’s oily and mouth-coating. Subtle smoke and earthy brine ease into a delicate wave of spice. Sweetness gives way to heat, finishing long, warm and beautifully balanced.
