On the nose, floral, grassy new mown hay, giving way to linseed, a touch of incense and a just a little hint of dusty old books. On the palate, spice and black pepper to the fore, some complex spice and undertones of charred wood and pipe tobacco, the finish brings in the a little sweetness and some roasted hazelnut notes.
