On the nose, an immediate hint of the sherry bodega with underlying soft nutmeg syrup and bergamot. On the palate, apples, rolled oat biscuits with dried fruit, and sour oranges all lead to a sweetish barley sugar finish with a slightly bitter edge at the end.
