Torabhaig Club Survey Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom and European Union aged 18 years or over who are members of the Torabhaig Club. Employees of Mossburn Distillers Ltd, its affiliates, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must complete the Torabhaig Club survey linked in the official communication. Only one entry per person will be counted. No purchase is necessary.

3. Opening and Closing Dates
   The prize draw opens on the date the survey is first distributed and will close at 11:59:59pm (BST) on 30th April 2025. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for the prize draw.

4. The Prize
   There are six (6) prizes available to be won. Each winner will receive one (1) bottle of an upcoming release from the Torabhaig Legacy Series. No cash alternative or substitution will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
   Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. The draw will be conducted by Mossburn Distillers Ltd within 7 days of the competition closing. Winners will be contacted directly using the contact details provided in the survey entry. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, Mossburn Distillers Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Prize Fulfilment
   Prizes will be dispatched to winners as soon as the upcoming Legacy Series Chapter is officially released and available. Shipping will be limited to UK and eligible EU addresses. Any customs or import duties incurred will be the responsibility of the recipient.

7. General

   • By entering this prize draw, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

   • Mossburn Distillers Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so.

   • Mossburn Distillers Ltd is not responsible for any incomplete or illegible entries or for any technical failures or issues that may prevent participation.

   • The decision of Mossburn Distillers Ltd regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.

   • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

8. Data Protection
   Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy and for the purposes of administering this competition.
