The Whisky
This single malt, drawn from a single Madeira cask. Here the smoke lingers in harmony with indulgent fruit and rich, mellow depth.
On the nose, raisin warmth leads the way - ripe, luxurious, and layered with soft, silken smoke. Like dried fruit left to soak by the fire.
The palate is creamy and rounded, with dried figs, honeyed wood, and a gentle tide of smoke that carries the sweetness long into the finish. A dram to sip slowly, letting it unfold with grace and warmth.
