The Whisky
This single malt, aged solely in an Oloroso hogshead, offers a more restrained and contemplative side of Torabhaig - where the smoke drifts gently, and the sherry influence whispers rather than shouts. A delicate, quietly complex dram.
On the nose, gentle smoke and coastal brine wrap around old leather, spice, and sun-dried grape.
The palate brings a savoury richness - soft charcoal, buttery texture, and a wisp of cereal and smoke on the finish. Sherry influence appears like an echo, never overpowering - just enough to deepen the mood.

The Distillery
Welcome to Torabhaig Distillery
Welcome to Torabhaig, a small, independent distillery part of the Sleat Peninsula on the Isle of Skye. We love exploring subtle, elegant flavours of peat inspired by our beautiful surroundings and thriving community. This is how we create our signature smoke flavours - a house style called ‘smoke with taste’.
Exploring Smoke with Taste
Each Torabhaig cask has its own voice - shaped by wood, weather and time - and every so often, one stands apart. These are our single cask bottlings. Rare glimpses into the soul of Torabhaig, where our house style takes on a new accent, a different rhythm. Still unmistakably ‘Smoke with Taste’. Still born of Skye. Just told in a different way.
