Caisteal Chamuis Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
Un whisky écossais Blended Malt au style classique des îles, audacieux et fumé, mais avec une finition en double fût accessible qui équilibre les notes de tourbe lourdes des îles, offrant une introduction facile au monde parfois difficile des whiskies tourbés. C'est un whisky de caractère, issu d'une sélection minutieuse de Single Malts fins, tous distillés sur les îles d'Écosse, puis remis en fûts de premier remplissage de bourbon pour ajouter de la profondeur et une finale douce aux épices de chêne.
Vieillis initialement dans des hogsheads en chêne américain de premier remplissage et de remplissage, les Malts individuels qui composent ce whisky ont ensuite été assemblés avant une finition finale dans de plus petits fûts de bourbon frais de 200 litres. Cette seconde période de maturation et de mariage des saveurs ajoute d'autres couches de chêne fumé frais et parfumé aux arômes tourbés médicinaux d'origine, avec une touche de douceur et des accents de vanille accentués sur le palais.
