The Whisky
This single malt, finished in a rare Scottish oak cask, is a bold and characterful expression of our house style - where wood takes the spotlight. Full-bodied and spice-led, but still unmistakably Torabhaig.
On the nose, pronounced tannins meet burnt sugar, sea spray, and a wisp of polished wood. There’s a leathery warmth and a hint of browning raisin smoke drifting through.
The palate is creamy and intense - with flashes of chilli, cracked pepper, and a deep sweetness that folds into the smoke. The finish lingers, layered and warm, with oak and heat in elegant tandem.

Palate: Full-bodied and creamy, with spice-forward notes of chilli and pepper that fade quickly. Sweetness and smoke interplay throughout, culminating in a lingering, layered finish that balances richness with gentle heat.
