The Aether
Believed to be the breath of the gods, the ‘aether’ here represents the celestial air surrounding our warehouses. This blended grain whisky, aged in oloroso sherry hogsheads and distilled over 21 years from the early 1990s, offers a warm, aromatic depth with layers of fruit and oak.
Bottled at cask strength without chill-filtration or colouring. Presented in a beautifully crafted gift box.
Nose: Rich with dried figs and sultanas, up front more subtle mallow, lavender and vanilla following.
Palate: Matching the nose with upfront figs and raisins; oranges, some honeyed peel and sweet spice; very well balanced.
